After growing up in Maine, Jason moved around the country and traveled the world (helping build homes for Global Village). But he returned to Maine because he understands what makes this place feel like home, and he carries that passion into every client relationship. He loves helping others create their home here, and with over 12 years of real estate experience, he has the expertise to make it happen. Whether it’s in recommending a certain style of home or crafting a perfect counter offer, Jason has a knack for finding opportunities in the real estate process to give you an advantage and make sure you get the most out of the process.

For Caralynne, real estate runs in the family. Her mother was an agent, and after years spent on the financial side of real estate, Caralynne followed in her mother’s footsteps. Born and raised in Maine, Caralynne knows the area well. She’s familiar with what makes each neighborhood special, and she loves sharing that experience as she guides people to finding the spot that is right for them. Katie Whitney | Agent
Katie enjoys the home buying and selling process. She and her husband re envisioned their first home and sold it for a profit, and since then she has taken on a love of real estate that translates into her affection for her work as a realtor. Katie would like to make your experience searching for and/or selling your home to be an enjoyable endeavor.
